About your host:

Founding Director of Arts Ed Matters, Michelle Holdt is also a Mother, an Artist, and a Seeker of Truth and Beauty.

In 2017, Michelle was awarded a “Scholarship for Real Life,” created by Chris Guillebeau’s World Domination Summit team, to bring The Art of Self-Care to a national audience of educators.

She has since adapted the workshop for anyone craving a nourishing and restorative self-care practice.
